Bailey’s Chocolate Truffles are rich, creamy, and indulgent bite-sized treats infused with the smooth taste of Bailey’s Irish Cream. Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or sprinkles (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate – Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat the Cream and Butter – In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter until just simmering. Pour over the chocolate and let sit for a minute.
  3. Stir Until Smooth – Gently stir until the chocolate melts completely. Mix in Bailey’s Irish Cream until smooth.
  4. Chill the Mixture – Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  5. Shape the Truffles – Use a spoon or melon baller to scoop small portions, then roll into balls with your hands.
  6. Coat the Truffles – Roll each truffle in cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or sprinkles.
  7. Chill Again – Refrigerate until firm and serve chilled.
