Baguette Pizza is a quick and easy twist on traditional pizza, featuring crispy French bread topped with pizza sauce, melty cheese, and your favorite toppings. Perfect for a snack, lunch, or dinner, it’s customizable, flavorful, and ready in under 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices (or other preferred toppings)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place the halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each baguette half.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add your desired toppings, such as pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
