Ingredients

  1. 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream for a richer flavor)
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
    1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for extra creaminess)
    12 tablespoons water (optional, to thin the dip if needed)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, parsley, basil, dill, lemon juice, and garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Blend Until Smooth: Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Taste and Adjust: Taste the dip and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed. For extra creaminess, add olive oil and blend again.
  3. Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with extra fresh herbs, and serve with veggies, chips, crackers, or as a spread for wraps or sandwiches.
