Apple Tuna Bites are fresh, flavorful appetizers combining the sweetness and crunch of apples with savory tuna salad. These bite-sized snacks are perfect for light lunches, party hors d’oeuvres, or healthy snacks.

Ingredients

1 can (5 oz) tuna packed in water, drained
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large apple (such as Granny Smith or Fuji), cored and sliced into rounds or bite-sized pieces
Optional: fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

In a bowl, combine tuna, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  1. Arrange apple slices on a serving platter.
  2. Spoon or pipe the tuna mixture onto each apple slice.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
