Air Fryer Salmon Bites are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. These quick, healthy salmon chunks are perfect for weeknight meals, bowls, salads, or snacks—ready in under 20 minutes with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets (skinless), cut into 1 to 1.5 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley or dill (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1 to 1.5-inch bite-sized cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Place salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until salmon is crispy on the edges and cooked through.
  6. Remove from air fryer and serve with lemon wedges and fresh herbs, if desired.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
  • Use skinless salmon for ease, or remove skin after cooking.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like garlic aioli, spicy mayo, or lemon yogurt.
  • For extra flavor, marinate salmon for 15–30 minutes before cooking.
  • Great for salads, grain bowls, tacos, or wraps.
