Air Fryer Salmon Bites are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. This healthy and quick recipe makes a perfect protein option for meals, snacks, or salads, with minimal ingredients and fast cook time.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes
  • Optional: chopped parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  4. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until salmon is golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove from air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
  6. Serve hot with sides, over rice, in salads, or as a snack.

  • Add soy sauce or coconut aminos for an umami kick.
  • Use fresh garlic for a stronger flavor.
  • Try Cajun or everything bagel seasoning for variation.
