Air Fryer Round Steak is a quick and healthy method to cook a tender, flavorful steak with a crispy crust and juicy interior using minimal oil and easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound round steak (about 1-inch thick)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    Optional: fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

Pat the round steak dry with paper towels and rub olive oil evenly on both sides.

  1. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub seasoning evenly over both sides of the steak.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  3. Place steak in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Adjust time for desired doneness.
  4. Remove steak and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
