Air Fryer Round Steak is a quick and easy way to enjoy tender, flavorful steak with minimal prep. Cooked to perfection in the air fryer, this juicy steak has a delicious crust and is ready in under 20 minutes—perfect for weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 11.5 lbs round steak (top or bottom round)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the steak dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub both sides of the steak with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the steak. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce if using.
  6. Place the steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Adjust time for thickness and desired doneness.
  8. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • Add chili flakes or cayenne for heat.
