Ingredients

  • 1 rack of lamb (about 8 ribs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard (if using).
  • Season the Lamb: Pat the rack of lamb dry with paper towels, then coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
