Juicy, caramelized peaches cooked in an air fryer, lightly sweetened and spiced for a tender, flavorful dessert or snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash, halve, and pit the peaches. Peel if desired.
  3. Brush peach halves with olive oil or melted butter. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add vanilla extract if using.
  4. Place peaches in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cut side up.
  5. Cook for 8–10 minutes, until peaches are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove and serve warm, alone or with yogurt, ice cream, or granola.

Notes

  • Ripe peaches provide natural sweetness and can be served without added sweetener.
  • Add nutmeg, ginger, or cardamom for extra flavor.
  • Lightly brush with oil to prevent sticking and ensure even caramelization.
  • Best served immediately, though leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
