Air Fryer Lasagna Cups are a mini, mess-free twist on traditional lasagna, made with wonton wrappers, savory meat sauce, creamy ricotta, and gooey cheese. These crispy, cheesy bites cook quickly in the air fryer and are perfect for parties, snacks, or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1216 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Olive oil spray (for greasing molds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain fat. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ricotta with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Spray silicone muffin molds or small ramekins with olive oil spray.
  5. Place one wonton wrapper into each cup. Add a spoonful of meat sauce, a dollop of ricotta, and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
  6. Top with another wonton wrapper and repeat layers: sauce, ricotta, mozzarella.
  7. Finish with Parmesan cheese and a final sprinkle of mozzarella on top.
  8. Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from molds. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

  • Use silicone muffin cups or ramekins that are safe for air fryer use.
  • Don’t overfill the cups to avoid overflow during cooking.
  • Vegetarian version: replace meat with sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
  • Make ahead: assemble and refrigerate before air frying.
  • Serve with extra marinara, garlic butter, or Alfredo for dipping.
