Air Fryer Haddock is a quick, healthy, and delicious way to enjoy flaky, tender fish with a crispy exterior. Using the air fryer, this recipe produces perfectly cooked haddock with minimal oil, making it a great option for a light and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  1. 4 haddock fillets (about 6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
    Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

  1. Prepare Haddock: Pat haddock fillets dry with paper towels. Brush or spray both sides lightly with olive oil.
  2. Season: In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over both sides of the fillets.
  3. Air Fry: Place fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Serve: Remove from air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

  1. Coat fillets with seasoned breadcrumbs or panko for extra crunch.
  2. Add cayenne pepper or chili powder for a spicy kick.
  3. Use dill, thyme, or basil instead of parsley for herb variations.
  4. Serve with tartar sauce, garlic aioli, or fresh salsa.
