Ingredients
2 slices sandwich bread
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice of bread butter-side down.
Add the cheddar cheese slices on top of the bread.
Place the second slice of bread on top with the buttered side facing up.
Carefully place the sandwich into the air fryer basket.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Flip the sandwich carefully and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove the sandwich from the air fryer.
Let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
