Air Fryer Copycat Dunkin Donuts Bagel Bites are golden, chewy bagel dough balls filled with cream cheese and air-fried to perfection. They’re a quick, homemade version of the Dunkin’ favorite—crispy outside, creamy inside, and totally customizable.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  2. 2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  5. 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  6. 1 egg (for egg wash)
  7. Optional: everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in Greek yogurt and knead lightly until smooth dough forms.

  1. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a circle.
  2. Place 1 tsp cream cheese in the center of each circle. Fold edges over filling, pinch tightly to seal, and roll into a ball.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Brush dough balls with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
  5. Arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving—the filling will be hot.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill with cream cheese to avoid leaks.
  • Seal edges tightly and chill before cooking for extra security.
  • Can be baked in a conventional oven at 375°F for 15–18 minutes if no air fryer is available.
