Air Fryer Buffalo Meatballs are juicy, spicy, and tangy meatballs cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer, then tossed in buffalo sauce. Perfect as an appetizer, game day snack, or bold protein for dinner.

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb ground chicken, turkey, or beef
  2. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp onion powder
  6. Salt and black pepper, to taste
  7. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  8. Optional: blue cheese or ranch for dipping
  9. Optional garnish: crumbled blue cheese, chopped parsley

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  1. In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Shape mixture into 1 to 1½-inch balls (about 16–20 meatballs).
  3. Place in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Warm buffalo sauce in a small pan or microwave. Toss cooked meatballs in sauce until coated.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with blue cheese or parsley if desired.

Notes

  1. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches if needed.
  2. Adjust spiciness by using mild, medium, or hot buffalo sauce.
  3. For juicier meatballs, avoid overmixing the meat mixture.
