Air Fryer Bananas are a quick and easy sweet snack or side, where ripe bananas are lightly caramelized in the air fryer until golden, warm, and tender. Perfect on their own or dressed up with toppings.

Ingredients

  1. Ripe but firm bananas
  2. Optional: cooking spray, melted butter, or coconut oil
  3. Optional seasonings: cinnamon, nutmeg, or brown sugar
  4. Optional toppings: honey, maple syrup, chopped nuts, or ice cream

Instructions

Peel and slice bananas in half lengthwise or into thick rounds.

  1. Lightly brush or spray with melted butter, coconut oil, or cooking spray (optional).
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, or brown sugar if desired.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place bananas in a single layer and air fry 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
  4. Serve warm with optional toppings such as honey, syrup, nuts, or ice cream.
