Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Wash the spinach thoroughly.
    • If using fresh pineapple, peel and cut it into chunks.
    • Peel the ginger and cut it into smaller pieces if necessary.
