The 15 Minute Breakfast Pizza Bagel is a quick, cheesy, and customizable breakfast that combines eggs, cheese, and your favorite toppings on a crispy bagel base. Perfect for busy mornings or weekend brunches, it’s simple, satisfying, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 bagels, sliced in half
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter (optional, for toasting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly toast the bagel halves for 2–3 minutes until slightly crisp.
  3. While toasting, scramble the eggs in a skillet with salt and pepper until just set.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each toasted bagel half.
  5. Top each with scrambled eggs,  sausage, and shredded cheese.
  6. Place the topped bagels on a baking sheet and bake for 5–6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use any toppings you like — veggies, meats, or plant-based alternatives.
  • Mini bagels or English muffins work great as substitutes.
  • To make it vegetarian, skip the meat and add extra veggies.
  • Reheat in an oven or air fryer for best results; avoid microwaving.
